Liberty House is situated in the centre of Launceston with stunning views of Launceston castle and the surrounding countryside. It is close to two car parks

The Liberty Conference Suite on the top floor seats up to: 56 people in Theatre style. 15 people in Board room and 20 people in U shape. Fire regulations limit the number of people allowed on the top floor to 59. There is a separate room for socialising and refreshments.

Room charge per session £60.
A session is from 9.30am - 1pm / 1.30pm - 5pm / 6.30pm - 10pm
Two sessions taken together - £100. Three sessions taken together - £140.

Reduced rates are available to local voluntary non-profit making organisations.

Equipment Hire:
Multimedia projector - £20 (bring your program on a memory stick)
DVD player - £10
Flipchart and pens - £5

Refreshments from Jericho's Brasserie:
Tea/Coffee with home made biscuits £2.05 per head. Finger buffet or Hot food (menu available) Telephone to arrange provisional booking.

All telephone bookings will be regarded as provisional and must be confirmed in writing within 7 days using the booking form.
