Liberty House is a beautiful building in the heart of Launceston that is the result of the recent renovation of the former Liberal Club. The orginal building, which was designed by local architect Otho B Peter and opened in 1897 has been given a new lease of life by the current owners along with help from the Launceston Townscape Heritage Initiative. Liberty House provides the following facilities for use by the local area community. The Liberty conference suite is on the top floor, and Jericho’s Brasserie is on the first floor.
